Danio eggs turning white

Postby infernus » Tue Nov 17, 2015 2:03 pm

Hi, I have problem. My eggs are turning white. They turn white in less then 24 hours. Now, all 9 eggs turn white. Previously turned white 20 of 25 eggs. The rest was ok. Is it problem of male fish or water problem? Water in breeding aquarium is 3/4 from social aquarium (where I dose basic PMDD and Fe DTPA after water change, also dosing co2 and ph is approx 6.3) and 1/4 is distilled water. Temp is 25 degree and ph is approx 7,45. THanks for your advice. David

Maybe use an air pump?

Normally the white eggs are ones that have not been fertilized.
